According to Shakira Vachiat, Marketing Manager of Jimmy’s, “the conference was a constructive one in which various aspects of the brands were discussed, as well as the challenges faced by the brand and our country. The focus was on the management of the individual franchises and the process that need to be implemented to run a successful business.”
Standard Bank also presented their new Credit Card Switch System to the franchisees with a view to implement into stores in the next couple of months.
Guest speaker Greg Mason, business coach from BIZ HQ provided invaluable advice on how to better performance, turn around failing businesses and assist businesses to become successful and profitable. The conference concluded with a Gala Dinner and Awards presentation.
