AN APPEAL TO PARTICIPATE IN A FRANCHISOR SURVEY

As members of FASA you should have all received the Franchisor Survey linked to the x2in5 project spearheaded by FNB, FASA and Franchising Plus.
Claus Kuhl, General Manager of Ola Milky Lane, who serves on FASA’s board and Exco and is heading up the franchisor committee of the x2in5 project has this appeal  to all franchisors out there to get involved and make a difference.

“Small business development and specifically franchising in South Africa plays a major role in the current and future economy of South Africa and is, and will be addressing the biggest problem – unemployment!  It is therefore important that Government acknowledges this and is informed on what is happening in the industry. This has been identified as one of the most important working groups in FNB’s x2in5 project in association with FASA.

Our responsibility in the x2in5 project is to get you, the franchisor, involved.  We need your input in supplying us with information via the survey which will give us the information to prioritize common issues and address them.”   Claus Kuhl, GM, Ola Milky Lane
