Full training for you and your staff for a minimum of 5 weeks before your restaurant opens. Hands-on support before, during and after your restaurant opens. Ongoing training and support from Head Office.
Col’Cacchio provides comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure every Franchise Partner and their team are fully equipped to operate a successful restaurant.
Training includes:
- Duration: A minimum of 5 weeks pre-opening
- Location: Conducted at an approved Col’Cacchio training store
- Format: A combination of in-store practical training, classroom-based learning, and operational immersion.
- Facilitators: Led by our experienced Operations, Learning & Development, and Store Training Teams
Post-opening support:
Franchise Partners receive dedicated assistance from our Operations and Training Teams before, during, and after opening, along with ongoing refresher training, audits, and continuous Head Office support throughout the partnership.
