We select our applicants carefully —only those who truly embody the CARtime ethos. While mechanical training isn’t required, strong business acumen and a genuine commitment to customer service are essential. CARtime has 2 training centres—one in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal, and one in Edenvale, Gauteng. We provide ongoing, year-round training and strongly encourage franchisees and their teams to attend, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends and continually sharpen their skills. Every new franchisee completes our comprehensive 3-week training programme before opening their store, giving them the knowledge, confidence, and capabilities needed to hit the ground running from day one.
