As a franchisee, you will:

Pass our preferential rates on to your customers

Manage customer relationships

Handle essential admin such as invoicing, basic accounting, and customer payments — all supported daily by the InXpress Head Office team
Our carrier partners take care of the collection, transportation, and delivery of your customers’ shipments. Your main responsibility is to keep customers updated daily and ensure a smooth, seamless process from pickup to delivery.
InXpress offers a low-investment, high-margin business model built around customer service rather than owning trucks, warehouses, or vehicles. As a franchisee, you act as a strategic logistics partner for your customers — helping them access international and domestic courier and freight solutions at preferential rates.
