Comprehensive Franchise Training
Training is conducted in-house at our Johannesburg headquarters over a 3-week program. It covers every aspect of running a successful SheerGuard SA franchise, including:
- Brand Orientation – Understanding and embracing the SheerGuard identity
- Tool Education – Theory and practical application
- Product Knowledge – In-depth theory and hands-on experience
- Sales & Marketing Training – Strategies to grow your business
- Installation Training – Step-by-step practical guidance
- Administrative Procedures – Streamlined systems for efficiency
- On-Site Training – Real-world experience with existing franchisees
- Ongoing Support – Continuous training on new products and lead distribution to your area
