Paul Stevens has been the CEO of Just Property Group Holding (Pty) Ltd since 2013, leading an international network of property franchises. Having started as a franchisee in 2003, Paul now drives the strategic direction of the brand with vision, energy, and a focus on innovation. He is also actively involved in shaping the South African property landscape, collaborating closely with industry stakeholders at the highest level.
Under Paul’s leadership, the Just Property brands were consolidated into a single, cohesive brand — marking the beginning of a new company culture built around four core values that he championed. Today, Just Property operates franchise offices across Southern Africa, Namibia, and Harare, earning recognition both locally and internationally as a centre of excellence and a disruptor in the property industry.
Paul holds a BA in Psychology and is a certified Master Practitioner in Real Estate, combining academic insight with practical expertise to guide the growth of the Just Property network.
