Xoliswa Tini Properties is a major player in real estate in the Eastern Cape and, in particular, East London. The services offered are:

A graduate of the University of Cape Town, Xoliswa is a trained clinical psychologist and a teacher.
After several years of teaching and entrepreneurial endeavours, Xoliswa entered the property market, where she worked for a few years before establishing Xoliswa Tini Properties (XTP) in 2003.
Closing on two decades later, Xoliswa Tini Properties supports a staff complement of about 50 members. It excludes its service providers that benefit from XTP’s support.
Xoliswa Establishes the Training Academy:
Xoliswa has a heart for development, which is why the Xoliswa Tini Training Academy perfectly complements her thriving business.
Her passion for training and up-skilling people to provide them with an opportunity for a brighter future, together with a commitment to transform the property sector, sparked the concept of the Xoliswa Tini Training Academy.
The training academy was established in 2006, and it provides accredited real estate training.
It is the only provider of this training in the Eastern Cape and the first black-owned training academy in South Africa.

Our ideal candidate will be:
- Financially stable

- Committed with a level of maturity
- Well-presented – eloquent with a good command of the spoken and written language
- Customer service-orientated – professional with strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability with objectivity and a cool head
- Able to listen, be empathetic and resolve situations
- Community operator – understands the culture of the area Strong in sales motivation (motivator of staff, strong leader) – strong sales record especially in real estate
- Marketing – experience in local area marketing
- Training ability (train the trainer)
- Computer literate
- Matric with tertiary education as an advantage Financial management skills and business acumen
- Registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority – NQF level 5 an advantage (or NQF level 4 qualification with full status as an estate agent and a sales record is very important)
- Real estate experience is an advantage.
XTP Training Academy, a first
Beyond the training and development that Xoliswa will provide in establishing the franchise, the Xoliswa Tini Training Academy, the first black training academy for property practitioners, offers a range of programmes, including the accredited NQF4 and NQF5 certifications.
