In anticipation of 2025, FASA has partnered with leading strategic consultants to conduct an in-depth organisational review. This forward-thinking initiative focuses on three critical pillars:
- Mandate Refinement – Ensuring our core mission aligns with the evolving needs of South Africa’s dynamic franchising landscape
- Strategic Repositioning – Enhancing FASA’s role as the premier voice and resource for franchising excellence
- Continuous Improvement – Building sustainable frameworks that deliver long-term value to our members
Member Value Proposition Enhancement
Our dedicated Membership Committee, comprised of constitutional representative members, has undertaken a thorough evaluation of member benefits across all categories. This collaborative effort has resulted in:
- A comprehensive working document outlining enhanced member value propositions
- Board-approved recommendations for implementation
- Targeted benefits aligned with specific member categories and business needs
The enhanced Member Value Benefits program, complete with a detailed implementation roadmap, will be coordinated by the Membership Committee and communicated to all members in the coming weeks.
